Good morning all,
What better a day to take advantage of the weather and get in some exercise! There are some activities to the right which you could get involved in, or maybe even a stroll around your local park.
As well as all the benefits of exercise, you will also take in some much needed vitamin D, which also has lots of super effects on our bodies. It also gives our mental health a boost too!
If you do head out, please remember to follow the social distancing rules.
